What I lead

Three disciplines, one operating standard.

Every leadership mandate I take on sits at the intersection of scaled operations, commercial growth and transformation — executed with measurable outcomes.

01

Enterprise & customer operations

  • End-to-end ownership of 300–600+ FTE operations across voice, non-voice, international voice sales, tele-sales, collections, customer support and back-office.
  • Budgets, operating cost control, workforce and capacity planning, utilization, SLA/KPI governance, quality, CSAT and NPS.
  • IVR, call-flow, dialer and performance analytics that improve customer routing, productivity and service outcomes.
  • Operations Manager, Team Leader and frontline development through coaching, accountability, engagement and succession planning.
02

Customer & commercial growth

  • Contributed approximately 40% of company revenue through strategic account expansion, retention and enterprise growth.
  • Sales mandates spanning ₹4 crore annually at Edge Customs, €1.5 crore annually at Transcendix and ₹3.5 lakh quarterly at MegaaOpes.
  • Customer lifecycle leadership spanning onboarding, service delivery, engagement, retention, escalations and account expansion.
  • Salesforce CRM, pipeline governance, forecasting, executive QBRs, consultative selling and strategic partnerships.
03

Transformation

  • Lean Six Sigma/DMAIC, root-cause analysis and operating-model redesign; ₹3.6 crore combined annual operating cost savings at Quickom and MegaaOpes while maintaining service quality.
  • Technology-enabled improvement through AI, automation, digital customer operations, Power BI and Salesforce CRM.
  • Process mapping, FTE analysis, Lean gap analysis and change-impact assessment translated into implementation roadmaps.
  • KPI/MIS dashboards and governance cadences that make performance, service gaps and corrective actions visible.

My operating framework

How I operate.

A practical operating system for complex businesses: diagnose, stabilize, optimize, scale and transform.

  1. 01

    Diagnose

    • Economics
    • Customer journey
    • People
    • Process
    • Data
    • Capacity
    • Risk
  2. 02

    Stabilize

    • Performance leakage
    • Accountability
    • Operating discipline
  3. 03

    Optimize

    • Waste
    • Workflows
    • Productivity
    • Quality
    • Customer outcomes
  4. 04

    Scale

    • Managers
    • Capacity
    • Governance
    • Sustainable growth
  5. 05

    Transform

    • Technology
    • AI
    • Automation
    • Analytics
    • Operating-model redesign

I don't start with technology or headcount. I start by understanding the economics, the work and the constraint.

Leadership approach

If you hired me tomorrow.

My first 90 days would be about understanding, stabilizing and accelerating the operation. This starting framework is tailored to the actual mandate.

  1. Days 1–30

    Diagnose

    People · Process · Customer journey · Financial performance · Capacity · Productivity · Quality · Data · Technology · Risk · Leadership capability

Output · Executive diagnostic + priority matrix

  2. Days 31–60

    Stabilize

Performance cadence · Manager accountability · Capacity · Productivity · Service leakage · Customer experience · Quick wins · Governance

Output · Stabilization plan + operating rhythm

  3. Days 61–90

    Accelerate

    Productivity · Growth · Transformation opportunities · AI/automation opportunities · Operating-model improvement · Leadership capability · Measurable business outcomes

Output · Transformation & growth roadmap

I don't arrive with a pre-packaged answer. I arrive with a diagnostic system.

Operating principles

What I believe.

Principles that shape how I diagnose problems, build leaders and run operations.

  1. 01

Green dashboards can hide broken operations.

Look beyond averages to understand customer friction and service leakage.

  2. 02

    Headcount is not capacity.

Match deployable skills and available time to actual demand.

  3. 03

    Every KPI has a story.

Investigate the drivers before prescribing a fix.

  4. 04

The best operation becomes less dependent on its leader.

Give managers the decisions, coaching and accountability to run it well.

  5. 05

Transformation starts with understanding the work — not buying technology.

Fix the operating problem first; apply tools where they create value.

  6. 06

Managers create performance. Leaders create managers.

Sustained outcomes come from stronger leadership layers.
