Lead Pastor
First Assembly of Zion Ministries, India
- Provided spiritual and pastoral leadership following the passing of Rev. Kenneth Pinto, assuming responsibility for congregational care, ministry direction and church leadership.
- Preached and taught the Word of God and led congregational worship, prayer and ministry in a Spirit-filled, Bible-centered environment.
- Established a clear organizational structure across church departments, defining leadership responsibilities and core governance in alignment with the Word of God.
- Equipped and developed ministry leaders through mentoring, guidance, accountability and delegation — strengthening distributed leadership rather than centralizing ministry around the pastor.
- Provided one-to-one pastoral counseling for members navigating personal, relational and marriage-related challenges.
- Conducted baby dedications, marriages and funerals as part of pastoral responsibility to individuals and families.
Youth Pastor & Worship Leader
First Assembly of Zion Ministries, India
- Served under the pastoral leadership and mentorship of Rev. Kenneth Pinto, developing practical experience in worship, youth ministry, discipleship and local-church leadership.
- Led worship and helped cultivate Christ-centered, prayerful and Spirit-led congregational ministry.
- Led youth ministry and conducted youth camps designed to help young people understand Christ and develop a closer relationship with Him in daily life.
- Mentored young people and encouraged spiritual maturity, leadership development and active participation in church life.

Conducted Bible leadership conferences across India and abroad for pastors and Christian leaders, helping equip them to serve more effectively in ministry.
